Cicada Exchange is an electronic market place that allows mobile operators to buy and sell roaming capacity.

Existing contractual arrangements stay in place. Existing operational implementation and execution stay exactly the same.

The only thing that changes through the Cicada Exchange is the way in which prices are set and volumes agreed. 

Volume setting is much more flexible with quarterly or annual contracts available. Multiple contracts in a quarter or year for the same roaming contract are possible and easy to agree.  

It will deliver significant cost savings over time.
