Yonghui (Chris) Ma is an accomplished professional in product management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Cicada-Speech since April 2021, where expertise in Conversational AI and Large Language Models is leveraged to transform customer support through advanced solutions. Previously, as Director of Product Management and Operations at Vobile from February 2014 to April 2021, significant contributions were made to the company's successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in earning the Technology & Engineering Emmy Award for digital asset protection innovations.
