Ciel Groves

Ciel Groves, MPH, holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Tulane University. Ciel gained experience as a Case Investigator at Texas A&M University, where responsibilities included interviewing COVID-19 patients and assisting with contact tracing. A Summer Policy Intern at the July Third Foundation, Ciel focused on drafting content regarding racial health disparities. In the role of Development Coordinator at CAI, Ciel has been involved in supporting grant writing and program evaluation efforts, and previously worked as a Teaching and Technical Assistant at Choose Healthy Life, providing support to community health workers. Additional experience includes work as a Library Aide and Technical Services Assistant at Tulane University Law School, where Ciel contributed to resource management and training of new staff.
