Lu Gao

Lu Gao is currently the Executive Director at CICC Capital, specializing in private equity and investment banking. They previously served as the Executive General Manager for private equity business and a Senior Manager in investment banking at 中金公司, focusing on TMT, renewable energy, and consumer sectors. Prior to that, Lu worked in investment banking at Macquarie Group, gaining experience in HK IPOs and cross-border M&A. They hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Finance from Peking University, which they completed from 2006 to 2012.
