朱欣

欣 朱 is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Fund at 中金公司, where they have managed PERE funds with an AUM exceeding RMB 40 billion since 2011. They lead the real estate investment business and have established partnerships with top Chinese developers and international investors to engage in residential and commercial property investments across major cities in Mainland China. Prior to this role, 欣 worked in property investment at 平安信托有限责任公司 from 2008 to 2011. They hold an M.B.A. in Finance Management from Tsinghua University and are currently pursuing an MBA in Investment at the same institution.
