Samuel, Sang Min Lee currently serves as the Head of Korea at CICC since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Manager at Korea Development Bank's Hong Kong Branch and Executive Director at KDB Asia Limited, focusing on corporate banking and M&A. Samuel was previously Deputy Chief of the Creditor's Management Bureau and Senior Manager in Private Equity at Korea Development Bank, where notable achievements included establishing a $200 million blind private equity fund. Early career highlights include working as a Financial Legal Manager at KDB, collaborating with the Financial Services Commission to shape financial regulatory policies, and serving at LG Electronics, reviewing legal contracts. Samuel holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside an LLM and an LL.B. from Korea University.
