William Wang has considerable experience in institutional sales and trading, currently working at CICC since January 2015. Prior to this role, William gained expertise at the Reserve Bank of Australia from February 2011 to January 2015, focusing on domestic portfolio and liquidity analysis, as well as managing Chinese interbank bonds and international reserves. William also held multiple positions as an analyst and dealer during this time. Earlier professional experiences include internships in emerging markets trading and treasury at WestLB Shanghai from November 2008 to February 2009, and a brief internship in treasury at WestLB Sydney in April 2008. William holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Finance) and a Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University, completed between 2005 and 2010.
