Chris Percy, PhD, is a Strategy and Policy Consultant and Data Scientist with extensive experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, Chris serves as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Derby and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Warwick. Previously, Chris held positions such as Associate Director at Firetail, Director of Academic Strategy at King's College London, and Senior Consultant at the Telos Institute, where they led coaching and consulting engagements in leadership development and strategic planning. Chris co-founded CiCi, focusing on the application of AI in career guidance, while also directing CSP Resources since 2013, contributing to significant projects in education and economic development. Chris earned an MA in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Economics with Distinction from Birkbeck College, University of London.
