Tracy Squires

Tracy Squires is the Vice President of Human Resources at Cicor Group, where they lead the development and delivery of people strategies globally. Previously, they served as the Interim Head of Talent at EMIS Group plc and have held various HR leadership roles, including Regional HR Director positions at Electrolux and Hoya Vision Care. Tracy's experience also includes a stint as Deputy Chief People Officer at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and multiple HR director roles across various companies. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management at The Nottingham Trent University.
