Ryan Schlieper

Ryan Schlieper is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in social studies instruction across various school levels. Currently serving as a High School Social Studies Teacher at CICS Northtown Academy since July 2017, Ryan also fulfills the roles of Middle School Social Studies and English Fluency Teacher at Lincoln Junior High School since August 2015 and Secondary Social Studies Teacher at Shaler Area Middle School since August 2014. Ryan has a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans and curricula, impacting over 360 students. Additionally, Ryan engaged in a teaching internship with Orange Arrow, where mentorship and tutoring programs were established for at-risk youth in Pittsburgh. An alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh, Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Social Studies and two Bachelor's Degrees in Administration of Justice and History, coupled with recognition as a Scholar Student Athlete in football.
