Nikhil Gupta, Ph.D., is currently the Director of Process Engineering at CiDRA Minerals Processing Inc., where they lead innovative projects in mineral processing technology. They previously served as a Staff Engineer at Manhard Consulting and a senior researcher at Virginia Tech, where they developed and validated novel separation technologies. Nikhil's expertise in process engineering is complemented by their experience mentoring students in chemical engineering at Virginia Tech and their involvement in the commercialization of advanced mineral processing techniques. Nikhil holds a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
