Romulo Mattos has extensive experience in cultural management and project execution. From June 2014 to February 2020, Romulo worked as an administrative assistant at Tectransmetal Calderaria Ltda. In May 2017, Romulo served as a cultural producer for Open Brasil de bandas e fanfarras, facilitating event organization and social media promotion. Romulo contributed to the Festival Geleia from January 2019 to July 2020, where Romulo coordinated a series of independent music shows and an online edition. Currently engaged as an Analyst of Projects & Programs at CIEDS since June 2024, Romulo supports educational initiatives and monitors project outcomes. Romulo's educational background includes a degree in History from Universidade de Taubaté, and further studies in Cultural Management from Senac Brasil, alongside a recent extension course in active methodologies at Instituto Singularidades.
