Drake Nova is currently a CRM Specialist at Cielo since December 2023. Previously, Drake held the position of Project Owner CRM at Natura &Co from June 2023 to September 2023, managing the ELO project for unifying the brands Natura and Avon. Prior roles include CRM Specialist at MATH, where responsibilities encompassed leading the integration of Marketing Cloud and developing CRM strategies, and CRM Specialist at BrasilbyBus.com, where Drake structured the CRM area and improved communication processes.
