Flavia Costa

Flavia Costa has extensive experience in the e-commerce and payments sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager E-Commerce at Cielo since February 2008. In this role, Flavia oversees core e-commerce product verticals including Gateway, Authorization, Fraud Prevention, Recurrence & Tokenization, and Client Portals. Previous positions at Cielo include managing Instant Payments (PIX) functionalities required by BACEN and leading the Receivables Anticipation sector. Before joining Cielo, Flavia worked at Electronic Data Systems in various analytical and managerial roles. Flavia holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree from Faculdade Cásper Líbero.
