Flávio Spacca

Flávio Spacca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Estratégia do Modelo Comercial III at Cielo since June 2019, Flávio oversees business development exclusively with Caixa Econômica Federal in multiple states and the North Region of Brazil. Prior to this, Flávio held the role of Consultor de Operações at BFFC, enhancing interaction between franchisors and franchisees, and was instrumental in maintaining operational standards and profitability. At Itaú Unibanco, Flávio advanced from Attendant to Senior Business Manager, handling a substantial portfolio of clients and achieving significant growth and recovery in debt management. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Vivo and Via Sul Veículos, focusing on sales coordination and team development.
