Kaique Lima began their professional journey in 2018 as a Young Apprentice at Via Varejo, where they developed essential customer service skills over a year and a half. They then worked at CSU Cardsystem, enhancing their expertise in client relationships for another year and a half. Following this, Kaique joined Parla Contact Center as a Business Executive Assistant and, after ten months, was promoted to Pleno Executive, focusing on strategic negotiations and client retention.
