Kymberly Novais

Kymberly Novais is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in software testing and agile methodologies. Currently employed at Cielo as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst since October 2025, Kymberly has previously worked at act digital and DQR Tech, where responsibilities included constructing test scripts, analyzing functional documentation, executing test plans, and collaborating with development teams to resolve bugs. Kymberly has also gained experience in administrative roles at Stefanini and Zambon Brasil, demonstrating a diverse skill set that encompasses process improvement, document management, and team support. Kymberly holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Centro Universitário Senac and has completed additional training in professional development.
