Marcela Marques

Marcela Marques has accumulated significant experience in commercial relationship management and customer service throughout her career. Currently serving as Gerente de Relacionamento Comercial Novos Mercados - E-commerce at Cielo since March 2017, Marcela previously held roles at Telefônica Brasil as Analista ADM de Vendas Sênior and at Oi/Telemar as Especialista de Atenção ao Cliente, where responsibilities included post-sale support and project management. Additionally, Marcela's background includes positions at Nextel Telecomunicações, focusing on client retention and training, as well as early experience with TAM as an airport agent and flight attendant. Marcela holds a degree in Communication Social with a specialization in Journalism from Estácio and a degree in Gestão do Conhecimento e Inteligência Empresarial from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
