Stephany Hübbe

Stephany Hübbe is an experienced professional in employee experience and internal communication, currently serving as an Especialista em Experiência do Colaborador at Cielo since August 2023, focusing on end-to-end employee journey design and data analysis in HR. Prior to this, Stephany led employee experience initiatives at TECNICON from May 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing employee engagement, internal communication, and culture reinforcement. Earlier roles include positions at Amcham-Brasil as an Analista de Relacionamento and at Celepar focused on internal communication and organizational performance. Stephany holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a degree in Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and is pursuing studies in Organizational Psychology at FAE Centro Universitário.
