Anum Batool has been working in the software engineering field since 2012. anum began their career at IBEX Group of Companies as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for coding and debugging applications in various software languages, integrating software with existing systems, and assisting in software testing and quality assurance. In 2017, Anum moved to ITSOL HUB as a Software Quality Engineer, where they were responsible for analyzing software requirements, planning, controlling, scheduling, and launching QA/QC activities during SDCL, and providing realistic estimates for all assigned tasks. In 2019, Anum joined NAXXA Consulting as a Software Engineer III. Most recently, Anum has been working as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Cielo WiGle Inc. since 2020.

Anum Batool has a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi. anum also has an ICS degree from F.G. Degree College Wah Cantt and a Science degree from F.G. Public School Wah Cantt. In addition, Anum Batool has obtained four certifications: Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(381 pages) in May 2018, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy in May 2018, Data Science Foundations - Level 1 from IBM in February 2018, and Big Data Foundations - Level 1 in November 2017.
