Dan Bates

Dan Bates is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent operations and service delivery management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Operations at Cielo Talent since August 2016, Dan leads initiatives in workforce strategy, planning, and analytics, while also overseeing corporate travel and global delivery center strategies. Prior roles at Cielo include Senior Vice President for Service Delivery Operations and Global Delivery, where Dan advanced recruitment support and managed a large recruitment delivery team. Before Cielo, Dan held senior leadership positions at Manpower from 1997 to 2016, contributing to North American operations and US staffing initiatives. Dan's early career included various management roles within Manpower and serving as Board President for Prince of Peace Lutheran School, guiding significant capital projects. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy/Business from Concordia University-St. Paul.
