Fernando Regules is an independent industrial engineer with a background in mechanical industrial engineering from Universidad de la República and a postgraduate degree in business administration from Universidad Damaso Antonio Larrañaga. They have held various leadership roles, including Plant Manager at Lemu S.A. and Technical Manager at multiple companies such as Cades S.A. and Moviluno S.A. Currently, Fernando serves as the Project Director at CIEMSA. Their extensive experience spans over two decades in fields such as maintenance, technical management, and project engineering.
