Leonardo M. is an accomplished executive in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as the Gerente General/CEO at CIEMSA since January 2019. Previously, Leonardo held the position of Director General at Abengoa Mexico from May 2017 to July 2018, where the vision was to lead the Mexican infrastructure market in energy and environmental projects. Between August 2010 and April 2017, Leonardo was the Chief Executive Officer of Abeinsa EPC LLC, focusing on sustainable projects across the USA, Mexico, and South America. Leonardo's career also includes significant roles at Abengoa, Teyma Uruguay, CVC SA, and Saceem, contributing to various large-scale construction and energy projects. Leonardo holds a Master's Degree in Management from EAE Business School and a Civil and Structural Engineering degree from Universidad de la República, complemented by advanced executive training programs at Georgetown University and Abengoa University.
