Stephen Fromm

Stephen Fromm has extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in finance and technology. Currently serving as an Advisor and Former President at Family First, Fromm previously held positions such as Senior Advisor at Star Mountain Capital and Strategic Advisor at Cien, Inc. Notably, Fromm co-founded Thriveprotect and played a pivotal role as CFO, in addition to serving as Partner and Co-CEO at TigerRisk Partners, where investment banking revenues doubled under leadership. With an academic background that includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, Fromm combines technical expertise with strategic insights in business development and corporate advisory.
