Amr Emam

Amr Emam, MBA, is a highly experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Ciena since August 2022. Prior to this role, Amr worked at LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company as a Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included managing RFP processes and transport network design for Saudi Telecom Company. Amr also held roles at Saudi Telecom Company and Alcatel-Lucent, where expertise extended to optics presales, bid management, and technical and commercial negotiations with clients. Earlier in the career, Amr worked at Vodafone, initially as a TX Operation Engineer and later as a Network Field Maintenance Engineer, responsible for operating and managing transmission and access networks. Amr holds an MBA from Geneva Business School and has additional qualifications in proposal management and telecommunications engineering.
