Ashish Patel is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse range of experiences in technical support and IT services. Currently serving as Regional IT Support at Ciena since January 2020, Ashish has previously contributed as a Deskside Engineer at NSC Global from May 2019 to January 2020. Ashish also held the position of Technical Support Team Lead for Info Services, working on the Jet Airways project from July 2014 to April 2019, and served as an IT Professional and Technical Support Engineer at ESET India in early 2014. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University, completed through Distance Education from 2015 to 2018, and has completed SSC and HSC from IDUBS Hindi High School.
