Brian Widic is an experienced sales and engineering professional with a strong background in managing complex technology solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Packet Solution Sales at Ciena since May 2019, Brian previously held significant roles at Juniper Networks, including Lead Major Account Manager for Verizon Communications, where success in customer relationships and sales performance was demonstrated. With a history of exceeding sales plans and receiving Summit Awards in both 2014 and 2017, Brian possesses strong business and technical acumen, as well as experience in account management and business development. Prior positions include Systems Engineering Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, along with early career roles in network engineering and support.
