Bruce Henderson

Bruce Henderson is currently the Director of Hardware Development at Ciena, where they lead technology product development by managing teams of hardware engineers to bring products from concept to volume production. Previously, at Nortel, Bruce held several roles, including Senior Product Manager and Senior Manager of Hardware Design, overseeing product strategies and the development of telecom service provider data products. They progressed through various positions, showcasing expertise in hardware product development, project management, and R&D budget management. Bruce earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
