Catherine Turner

Catherine Turner is a seasoned professional in sales operations and channel management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Sales Operations at Ciena since October 2024, Catherine manages sales operations for the America's Majors and Markets sales organization. Prior to this role, Catherine worked at Adtran for 14 years, where pivotal positions included Senior Channel Sales Manager and Strategic Sales Development Manager, achieving significant growth in channel partnerships and account registrations. Other key roles include significant contributions at JDSU, where Catherine secured a $20M RFP bid and managed substantial sales territories.
