Deepa Kakkar

Deepa Kakkar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since February 2018, Deepa has served as a Senior Leader in Human Resources at Ciena Corporation. Prior to this position, Deepa was the Vice President of Human Resources at Colt Technology Services, overseeing operations in India and leading global talent acquisition efforts from July 2012 to October 2017. Deepa's earlier experience includes serving as Head of HR for AXA XL from June 2010 to July 2012, and in various HR roles at Cadence Design Systems and Sopra Steria. Deepa holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Center for Management Development and completed a Leadership Development Program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
