Dr. Brian Ruffner

Dr. Brian Ruffner serves as Vice President and Regional Services Executive for Global Content Networks at Ciena, overseeing a global team responsible for lifecycle operations and service delivery, generating nearly $100 million in annual services revenue. With a strong background in project management and implementation, Dr. Ruffner previously held roles as Director/Sr. Consultant for Services Portfolio Management and Director of Field Ops & Project Management, managing significant revenue streams and cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes serving as Project Superintendent at MAX Environmental Technologies and as a Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps. Dr. Ruffner holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a Master’s in Theology, and a Bachelor’s in Communication and Rhetoric.
