Eric Liggins is a highly experienced consultant in field systems engineering, currently working at Ciena since April 2022. Previously, Eric served as a network engineer at Wells Fargo from November 2014 to April 2022, and as a lead network engineer in telecom services at JPMorgan Chase from June 2005 to November 2014. Eric's extensive background includes managing a team of ten network engineers and overseeing strategic deployment of global network infrastructure, as well as designing and implementing layer 1 networks. Earlier roles included network engineer II at JPMorgan Chase and various engineering positions at MCI, where Eric supported global sales and ensured compliance with service level agreements.
