Fabíola Maués

Fabíola Maués has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving in Global Partner Enablement at Ciena since December 2013, where responsibilities include managing direct and indirect businesses and driving opportunities across the Sales lifecycle, with a focus on delivering a consistent customer experience in the EMEA region. Additionally, Fabíola co-leads the Women@Ciena initiative and has held roles as MSP Account Manager in Brazil, promoting managed services and developing strategies for various verticals. Prior to Ciena, Fabíola worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Project Manager and Consultant, managing complex IP network projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
