Frank Santillo

Frank Santillo is a strategic sales leader specializing in submarine networking solutions. They served as a Senior Systems Engineer and later as a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering at Nortel Networks from 2001 to 2007. Frank led a team of senior sales engineers at Ciena from 2012 to 2016, achieving over 80% business growth. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Strategic Sales at Ciena, focusing on sales for North America, the Caribbean, and South America, while also collaborating with content service providers to influence the company's strategic direction. Frank holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, both from McGill University.
