Gustavo Castello is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in sales, engineering, and operations. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at Ciena since August 2007, Gustavo has held multiple key positions, including Regional Sales Manager and Senior Manager Sales, focusing on business development for major accounts like Telecom Argentina and ARSAT. Prior roles at Ciena include Sr. Manager Regional Systems Engineering and SE Leader for the Telefonica Account in CALA, where leadership of sales engineering teams was a primary responsibility.
