Ian Brady is the Vice President of EMEA Service Delivery and Operations at Ciena, where they have served since 2013. Prior to this role, Ian held various leadership positions at Nortel, including Project Director for UMTS and Director of Customer Operations in EMEA. Ian earned a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Ulster University and a Dipl.-Ing. in Telecommunications Systems from Fachhochschule Augsburg.
