Jacob Murfin

Jacob Murfin is currently an Account Manager at Ciena, where they specialize in helping municipalities, service providers, and EMCs construct their broadband networks. Previously, Jacob gained experience as a Broadband Business Development professional and held roles such as Associate Account Manager and Account Director focused on utilities and state government for the Pacific Northwest. Jacob began their career with internships at Universal Alloy Corporation and UPS in sales. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University, which they completed in 2021.
