Jason Snow is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in optical transport, wireless systems, and digital design. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Ciena since September 2025, Jason previously held roles at Jabil from June 2018, including Principal Design Engineer, specializing in photonics, and Principal Digital Design Engineer focused on macro RRH and mMIMO hardware. Prior to Jabil, Jason worked at Nokia from October 2010 to June 2018, contributing as a Hardware Design Engineer in both the Optical Transport Division and Wireless sector. Jason's earlier career includes leadership and design roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada and Nortel Networks, where significant projects involved complex PCB and FPGA designs. Jason holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
