Jillian Desantis

Jillian DeSantis is a seasoned marketing operations professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Marketing Operations at Ciena since June 2020, Jillian previously held positions as a Marketing Associate and contributed to enhancing business processes and customer experiences at McCormick & Company. Jillian has a diverse background, including an Operations role at Chembulk Tankers LLC, where knowledge of the maritime industry was expanded, and analytical skills were applied to cargo stowage plans. Additional experience includes working as a Market Analyst at McQuilling Partners, Inc., where reports and market insights were produced, and serving as a Greyhound Ambassador at Loyola University Maryland, assisting prospective students. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Marketing from Loyola University Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Merrimack College.
