John McVey

John McVey is the Global VP of Customer Success at Ciena, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, John co-founded DonRiver, which was acquired by Ciena in October 2018, and served as Co-Founder from January 2006 to October 2018. John also worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture from December 1998 to 2006. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 1998.
