Ken Britz serves as the Commanding Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve since May 2024 and has held the position of Sales Engineering Consultant at Ciena since November 2020. From March 2017, Ken Britz has also pursued a career as a novelist. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Engineer at Fujitsu Network Communications from January 2008 to November 2020, and as a Software Engineer at Dynamic Animation Systems from May 2005 to January 2008. Additionally, Ken Britz was an Assistant Professor at NROTC Penn State from 2003 to 2005 and served as a Division Officer in the United States Navy from December 1997 to January 2003. Ken Britz earned an MBA in Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business between 2012 and 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1997.
