Larry McCarty is currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Global Products & Supply Chain at Ciena, where responsibilities include negotiating complex supply-chain transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives across various sectors such as semiconductors and software. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Attorney at Lumen Technologies, focusing on multi-million dollar business and government transactions, and positions as Associate Attorney at Hudson, Potts & Bernstein LLP and Phelps Dunbar LLP. Educated with a Doctor of Law from Mississippi College School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe, Larry also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor in Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Earlier experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for Presiding Justice Jess H. Dickinson at the Mississippi Supreme Court.
