Laurent Martinez

Laurent Martinez is the Senior Director of Sales for the EMEA Submarine and Africa Region at Ciena, where they continue to lead submarine sales efforts. Previously, Laurent held various roles at Alcatel Submarine Networks, including Customer Support Manager and Commercial Project Manager, managing complex international projects. Laurent also worked at Ciena as Submarine Sales Leader EMEA and Customer Services Manager. They earned a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from the University of Montpellier and attended ESSEC Business School.
