Luis Javier Miles

Luis Javier Miles is a passionate and results-oriented communications leader with extensive experience in corporate communications across global business operations. They founded Miles Communications, LLC, a consultancy focused on enhancing employee engagement and driving effective communication strategies. Previously, they served as Director of Employee Communications at Laureate International Universities, developing innovative internal communication platforms for a workforce of 65,000 across 20 countries. Luis has held multiple roles, including Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, where they managed global IT communications. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters in Information Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology while also serving as Senior Leader in Internal Communications at Ciena.
