Mark Laubach

Mark Laubach is a Systems Design Architecture Engineer at Ciena, having previously held significant roles at various technology companies, including Director of Systems Architecture at Tibit Communications and Technical Director at Broadcom Inc. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, Mark has a robust background in telecommunications. They have also actively participated in IEEE 802 and served as Chair of the IEEE P802.3bn Task Force on EPoC. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in ASIC architecture, WiFi, and international networking standards, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
