Matt Staab is a seasoned creative leader currently serving as Global Creative Director at Ciena since May 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Head of Creative at Philips, where a new in-house team was established to drive omni-channel campaigns, generating over $2M in value in the first year. Prior experience includes serving as Creative Director for Brand Identity & Design at AT&T, where Matt led the brand's global redesign, and in various creative roles at Mary Kay Global, RBMM, The Richards Group, Swieter Design, and The Buntin Group, focusing on brand identity and design across multiple platforms. Matt holds a Post-graduate degree in Design / Art Direction from The Creative Circus and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising / Public Relations from the University of South Carolina.
