Matthew Burke

Matthew Burke is an experienced manufacturing and engineering leader with a strong background in supply chain operations, having served as Director of Modem Manufacturing at Ciena since November 2021. Previous roles include Global Manufacturing Process Engineering Leader at Apple, where Matthew supported Design for Manufacturing for various products, and Sr Director of Manufacturing at Matterport, overseeing camera assembly operations. Matthew's career also includes leadership positions at Nod Labs, Lytro Inc., BlackBerry, and Celestica, focusing on manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and team management across multiple sectors. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University.
