Nigel Pennington

Nigel Pennington is currently an R&D Architect at Blue Planet, a division of Ciena. Previously, they held various influential roles in the telecommunications sector, including Director at Lucent Technologies and CTO at LB&T Partners. Nigel also served as a Senior Solutions Specialist at Cramer Systems and Amdocs, where they were instrumental in guiding major Tier 1 telecommunications implementation programs. They began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Praxis Systems. Nigel earned a BSc and a PhD from the University of Bath.
