Nipun Garg is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and software engineering sectors. Nipun started a career at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as a summer trainee before moving on to Marconi PLC as an Engineer in the Competence Center and Deployment. Subsequently, at Ericsson, Nipun served as a Flex Trainer and progressed to Project Lead roles, overseeing significant deployments in optical and Ethernet transport solutions across India. Nipun later joined Ciena, rising through various positions from Module Lead to Senior Manager in Routing/IP Software Engineering, currently leading efforts as of August 2023. Nipun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications with Honours from C R State College of Engineering, Murthal.
