Paul Hazzard

Paul Hazzard is a seasoned Director in Software Development and Senior Program Manager with twenty-four years of experience in the Telecoms and Cable industries. They have a proven track record in engineering product development, particularly in directing the design and development of embedded real-time systems and Network Management Systems. Hazzard's career includes over ten years in Executive Management and two years in startup environments, managing various phases of program execution and product rollouts. Currently, they lead a software organization of over 80 engineers at Ciena's Core Switching Division. Hazzard holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a BSEE from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
